`~defaults` parameters are not documented #85

It looks like the capability server supports default providers in https://github.com/osrf/capabilities/blob/5dae9134dc04a922de2fed456e58a69b8d1c66e5/src/capabilities/server.py#L458 , but this parameter isn't described in the documentation on http://docs.ros.org/kinetic/api/capabilities/html/capability_server.html
