Fix looking up dae texture path, e.g. when testing the collapsed police station, I see that it's trying to get the texture images from: https://staging-api.ignitionfuel.org/1.0/models/29592529-5792-4c98-a049-7bfe1af0f75d/files/meshes/collapsed_police_station_diffuse.jpg. We don't notice this problem in gzweb because the deploy script pre-processes the dae file and updates the texture path to look in ../materials/textures
../materials/textures
provide a client side material parser
host the default gazebo media files, i.e. files in gazebo/media/materials, somewhere that be downloaded parsed by the material parser, e.g. some models look for Gazebo/Grey
gazebo/media/materials
Gazebo/Grey
support / nested models
