Add video capture #54

Add an icon to the GUI and functionality to allow for video capture. For data collecting purposes, there should be a field to declare the file's base name and a trial #, which should automatically increment when the previous capture is finished.

We had started to implement video capture at one time (gazebo issue 650). Perhaps now is a good time to revive it? The alternative is to use an external tool like recordMyDesktop.
