Remove target_link_libraries against gazebo_sensors in TestUtils.cmake #87

Once Gazebo issue 1568 is resolved, cmake/TestUtils.cmake should link against GAZEBO_LIBRARIES only. The gazebo_sensors line in target_link_libraries should be removed.

changed state from "new" to "on hold"

it sounds like resolving Gazebo issue 1568 will take more major refactoring than anyone has time for right now. Putting on hold until after our next release.
