Update sub-section title to "Workcells and Dispensers" #12

We do use both names so calling the section either "Workcell" or "Dispenser" seems insufficient. Why not both??

I think Workcell is the title of the generic concept of "fixed automation systems in a box (literally or figuratively)." There are many potential types of workcells. Currently we've been using Dispensers (i.e. some collection of machinery/sensors like an absurdly expensive vending machine), and we've done the opposite type of machine also. Maybe that's called an Ingester :laughing: and I expect we'll see many different classes of Workcells in the future. Anyway using Workcell as the section title makes sense to me.
