Traffic editor chapter with basic instructions on annotating floor plans. As I'm not too familiar with defining scenarios, @codebot could I get your help for that section?

We can leave the scenario stuff out of the manual for now. It's still a work in process and is (currently) only relevant if you're doing process-flow simulations, and that interface is still somewhat half-baked.
