I created models for both assignments and courses. Then, I created basic CRUD operation endpoints for both. The courses endpoints are ready to be worked on for course roster downloads, and assignments are ready to have submissions created for them. Additionally, I created a submissions api file that had multer setup so whoever is working on that will have a headstart.

Pyrothei your user name is coming through as root, make sure to run git config so that git knows you are not root
