Fix #68: git flavor autobumps failing to detect previous releases #67

Adds tests to demonstrate behavior when one would run avakas bump auto more than once after any single hint, avakas would continue to bump every time avakas bump auto was run.

fixes issue #68 , unless I'm mistaken

@otakup0pe I feel that with this and the prefix bugfix, these warrant a patch release. yaes?

Yeah patch release makes sense. There isn't a changelog. The mental (emotional?) block around it has been a driver for #27 :eyes:
