Issue 91/remove erlang #93

the erl-terms dependency for the erlang flavor is rather far out of date, and the erlang flavor is rather bespoke, so we can ditch it per https://github.com/otakup0pe/avakas/issues/91#issuecomment-1133499665

Also, I added a pyproject.toml as we still had the poetry.lock. If you'd rather I just remove the poetry stuff, I could do that too, @otakup0pe
