Planning

Tasks and deadlines are tracked using our planning board and calendar. We have a bi-weekly(ish) planning call and a 📓 call notepad.

Milestones

Our current milestones and proposed 2024 Timeline (We have 26 weeks or 6 months):

• 2023-10-22 Check-in / Kick-off call
• 2024-01-21 JAN Planning
• 2024-02 FEB Draft budget, sponsorship package, grant applications
• 2024-02 FEB Co-writing on theme
• 2024-03 MAR Secure venue
• 2024-04 EARLY APR (4 months before) Announcement teaser, (city that its happening, name, theme tagline)
  • Website update #1
• 2024-04 APR Outreach to potential speakers, workshop folks, etc
  • Website update #2 (3 months before) full announcement with venue + location + theme
• 2024-05 MAY Speakers, additional travel details (2 months)
  • Website update #3
• 2024-06 JUNE / Late MAY Registration/RSVP latest launch with final website and program (~6 weeks before?)
• 2024-07-27 [W30] Our Networks 2024
