Background:

Browser: Safari on Macbook Air (10.13.6)
Reported by: Vivian

Description:

Could not scroll down the page and view all tags

Steps to reproduce:

Scroll down the homepage
Could not stay at the bottom row, hence could not click on the bottom tags

Expected result:

Could stay at the bottom row after scroll down
