This is somehow expected.
The matching criteria = the company has all requirements matched with the filters.
e.g. if the user checks LGB colleagues
and Trans / genderqueer colleagues
, only company has both tags will appear.
However, I think your concern makes sense for industry. Suggestion: We shall handle it specially. e.g. if user checks Banking services
and Financial Services
, we should list all companies from both industries.
What do you think @athenaoursky ?
Hey @david90 sorry to get back so late.
As a user, I can think of a few cases: 1) LGB colleague looking for relevant info 2) trans colleagues looking for relevant info 3) people browsing
So the case I can imagine is:
As as a user, I am interested to know what companies have out colleagues. I probably will not know to uncheck the LGB colleagues
before checking the trans colleagues
. The convention I think in selections is that if 2 boxes are checked, it means either / or. That is why I made the suggestion to just turn all tags into that.
What do you think?
