Updates the 'test server' (index.html which auto-runs on localhost:8081) by:

Removing unused fields and routes: msg and random number
Correcting formatting for multiple sensors
Adding support for refresh_sensors (from #38), allowing you to test the refresh_sensors route

This could be merged prior to #38 to make it easier to test/troubleshoot the refresh-sensors socketio route.
