Tweak the tmux file for mission 1. #57

This PR tweaks the tmux file to run the Vernier sensors (instead of the mock sensor) and to set the default delay (for both sensor reading and server broadcasting) to 10s. Any other changes specific to mission 1 can go to this branch.
