Plotly: barnorm attribute not exposed in R #1

Currently used in stacked_bar_chart and will be used elsewhere, the barnorm attribute has been removed from the documented API.

Posted an issue to the ROpenSci repo for plotly https://github.com/ropensci/plotly/issues/806 and will update accordingly.
