Anarci build failing - solution #68

Hi, We have discovered today that trying to build anarci via src will fail as the scripts to pull the seas from IMGT break. this is due to the Macca mulata species link not working now and throwing a proxy error. I guess either IMGT need to be told of this or comment that species out of the RipIMGT.py and FormatAlignments.py code as that solves the problem. -Mark

looks like IMGT have fixed the issue.
