Player list using layouts #3

The players command will show a table of currently connected players in which arenas on which teams in the console. This needs to be showable using layouts in the game. Maybe toggle between scoreboard and playerlist.

New command playerboard in console will display the player list layout and it will toggle with scores assuming a match isn't in progress.
