Support full text search of contracts in the Pact Broker #317

In my organization our Pact Broker now has dozens of pacticipants and over a hundred integrations, so more and more often we find that we are looking for a specific event name but can't remember which contract it was described in.

It would be really helpful if the Pact Broker offered some kind of search functionality that would allow us to find all contracts that include a certain term.
