Automatically mark supported version as unsupported at a specified date. #689

For example, if you support APIs for 2 years, then you could set a support period or end date on the released version that would cause it to automatically be considered unsupported at that date.

eg. record-release --pacticipant Foo --version 1 --environment prod --support-end-date $(current date + 730)
