Print a taxonomic Hierarchy limitation #113

We need to remove the limitation on "size" of a taxonomic hierarchy to be printed. The system doesn't seem to have any trouble displaying any, so let's display any requested. Right now, it often says "A full classification can't be displayed..."

This is done in the dev version? @mmcclenn please confirm and close when this is pulled to the live version.
