Add a reidentification category of "not Life" #131

We need a way to re-identify named fossils as abiological items.

There's a "taxon" in the database named Pseudofossil (taxon 248488), which I've used a couple times. It could be used for reidentifications but I've used it with the opinion "Xus yus is a nomen vanum belonging to Pseudofossil" (e.g. Thelyphonus hadleyi, which is "is nothing more than a fortuitously-shaped stain on the rock"!)
