Make selection handles stand out #317

When the user opens the toolbar for a message, the overlay message is a slightly darker color, so that selection handles can be seen against the background.

@Kelrap Hey, instead of changing the opacity, is there a way to change the color of the bubble itself?

Hey, when you're free, can you adjust the colors a little a bit? The lighter color feels a bit too bright, and the darker color seems to blend into the background shadow.
