IGC tweaks #318

  1. Icon same color as own message
  2. Background same as scaffoldBackground
  3. Keep shadow.
  4. Slow down spinning
  5. Change 'Grammar correction failed' to 'Issues to address.'
  6. Automatically first IGC match if they are returned
  7. Hide IGC button during interactive translation.
