Empty span card #346

Bug Description

Debug line was triggered at igc_controller.dart line 99. Error may be because span card was accessed without a corresponding match.

Expected Behavior

Span card should have replacement options and the like

@Kelrap Doesn't count as Steps to Reproduce if it doesn't work everytime! Finding reliably replicable steps is the meat of QA. If you spend ~20 minutes trying and can't get it, go ahead and make a bug ticket so we're tracking it but give it a "needs replications steps" label.
