Learning settings not showing edited country #357

Bug Description

When the user edits their country in Learning Settings, the new country does not show until they leave and return to Learning Settings.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open Learning Settings
  2. Edit country
  3. Previous country/lack of country will show

Expected Behavior

When country is edited, Learning Settings should update to reflect the change.
