Describe the bug

Pipeline shows as running when snakemake --until flag is used (even though the
Also the total number of jobs is not correct. It should not display the total number, but the total number of jobs until the step specified.

To Reproduce Run any pipeline with the --until option {rule_name} where {rule_name} is not the last rule
