ps3mca-ps1

this is a libusb driver to communicate with the PlayStation 3 Memory Card Adaptor CECHZM1 (SCPH-98042) for PS1 cards (SCPH-1020, SCPH-1170 and SCPH-119X), partially the PocketStation (SCPH-4000) and maybe other cards or device (like the MEMORY DISK DRIVE). The PS2 cards (SCPH-10020) and compatible is NOT supported (see doc/FAQ).

Requirements

Compiling

make

By default, the flags for libusb are looked up via pkg-config; these can be overridden by setting the CFLAGS and LDFLAGS environment variables.

Usage

"ps3mca-ps1 v" for verify what type of card is (PS1 or PS2).
"ps3mca-ps1 s" for verify if is a original card. Some known bug (see doc/FAQ).
"ps3mca-ps1 r" for reading.
"ps3mca-ps1 w" for writing all memory card (WARNING need a write.mcd file), (see doc/FAQ).
"ps3mca-ps1 w 0 1023" for writing memory card from frame 0 to frame 1023 (but you can select all value from 0 to 1023, first frame must be minor or at least equal to last frame) (WARNING need a write.mcd file), (see doc/FAQ).

Supported file

All pure (raw) image of memory card:
*.psm, *.ps, *.ddf, *.mcr, *.mcd, *.mc...

Not supported:
Connectix Virtual Game Station format (.MEM): "VgsM", 64 bytes.
PlayStation Magazine format (.PSX): "PSV", 256 bytes.
Virtual Memory Card PS1 (.VM1): VM1 is a PS1 memory card in "PS3 format", used in PS3 internal HDD only.

Tested

Reading 100%.
Writing unofficial and original memory card 99% with some errors in the odd frame, unreadable on PS if you use emulator image (see doc/FAQ).
Writing PocketStation 0.1%, DON'T use it, actually write only the fist frame, need different delay structure. (The clock isn't implemented yet.)
