A new Zone America/Ciudad_Juarez splits from America/Ojinaga hence the moment-timezone needs to be updated for the same from 0.5.34 to 0.5.40

0.5.40 is already in range of the current version specifier:

So you should already be getting 0.5.40 if you update your secondary dependencies or reinstall inter.

Ah, I guess this relates to stuff that goes into the bundles that are published with inter? I'll try to get a new release out.

I've published 2.1.0 with this update now. I hope it works, it has been a while I did anything with this package 🤞
