Make “two chords” a three valued field #310

Because currently they are often filled in randomly and that cannot be good. Instead, it could make sense to store “One chord”, “Two chords” and “Don't know”. That way, we could at least ensure database consistency. In practice, “Don't know” should show just like “One chord”.
