Use `ppx_variants_conv` and `ppx_fields_conv` #331

This is a nice first step. We circumvent https://github.com/janestreet/ppx_variants_conv/issues/14 by vendoring ppx_variants_conv in ae2da82c60a9f0f59ff6424bb6054ef8dd99dea9 and tinkering with it in 0c8fbea41be4a2e2c751a649a1c0a0860c6a550a.

It would also be nice if ppx_variants_conv were able to produce signatures. This is tracked in https://github.com/janestreet/ppx_variants_conv/issues/15.
