Look into adding different barrier then AllowUnpaidExecution #12

I think it is important to show an example as close to reality as possible without being overly complicated. One of these changes could be the use of proper Barriers to show the fee payment etc.

Barrier has been changed to AllowTopLevelPaidExecutionFrom
