Feed list shows all feeds selected, when some have been previously disabled #141

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Settings > Feeds
  2. Deselect some feeds
  3. Return to Today screen, see feeds are disabled
  4. Go back to Settings > Feeds — even though the previously deselected feeds are no longer displayed on the Today screen, their selection state is not remembered
