Move speed is how long to wait between each move along the path.
Work speed is how long to wait between tasks. Should be fast than the move speed.
- Would be more noticeable in the Chopper that has to swing multiple times to cut down a tree.

Did something similar: you can upgrade Choppers' wood axe, making them chop faster.
