Planters trap themselves and other workers #6

Planters will frequently plant trees in a pattern that causes the worker (and other workers near them besides Choppers) to be trapped when the trees grow.

No longer a problem after disabling Planters. Might bring them back at some point but they're too unruly to be very useful in their current state.
