Suggest aligning the clause

restriction_parameter_argument ::= name | expression

with the clause (on the previous page) restriction ::= restriction_identifier | restriction_parameter_identifier => restriction_parameter_argument

These ARE aligned. I think you may have been confused by the differing layout of left-hand and right-hand pages (paragraph numbers are always on the outside, and the inside margin is wider than the outside one). This is rather standard in printed books. It would be best if these things were on the same page, but if they get split, they'll always look different in this way.
