This is basically what can be done with the gamlss package (http://www.gamlss.org). It would affect the parameters sigma, nu, shape, phi, and (possibly) delta.

Distributional regression models (I hope that's the correct name), are now more or less working. The following things still need to be done before the branch can be merged:

[x] write more tests
[x] document
