Limit the number of lines on a string Or console a limited number of lines

Accomplished in version 1.19

• limitLines(string, endingLineNumber, startingLineNumber = 0, lineSeparator = '\n') - will limit a string to only a set of lines
• consolelines(string, endingLineNumber, startingLineNumber = 0, lineSeparator = '\n') - does the same only echoing to the console.
