• Dataset Fred being run on what will be version 1.

OMP computes the coefficients but they seem very small, could be a bug or some more fine tuning of parameters may be needed. This needs more work.

The anchor spot results seem good, the only two problematic genes seem to be:

• Gene Th which shows obvious tile differences and weirdly only appearing in the bottom left corners.

• Gene Kcnd3 which has way too many spots and not where they should be according to the reference Atlas:
