TextDraws in fixes.inc #162

Hey. After updating the include, the entire of textdraws in my server fucked up.

Menus not opened, Speedometer became to weird strings like: "50&^*45623VD" and some of the textdraws duplicated.. how to solve it?

After changed to the old include the problem solved... I am sure that's an issue in the new include.
