Final UG for the next release? #65

I've posted two recent versions of the UG in releases 199 and 200. Each 
time I do this, it takes time to update everything, including a complete 
PDF file with the R documentation. In the meantime, Rob has made a few 
more suggestions (on March 8, 2010) in the attached file.

I'll make one more version of the UG for our SVN source repository when I 
know that I've included all requested changes. Please let me know if the 
attached file contains everything necessary.
