Include a graphics panel in a GUI #85

Aaron Greenberg has suggested that we add a new widget for including a graphics 
panel within a GUI. For example, the code in the enclosed file (tkrpanel.r) 
produces a GUI in which a slider panel alters the shape of an exponential curve.
