This script is extremely messy but it has been helpful for launching a single pmps-ui tab at a time for profiling

This is super messy but I found it useful a few times. I'm going to add the new tab to it and then merge without thinking too hard about optimizing it. It stands alone apart from the rest of the app and is purely a debug tool.

isort did a dumb because it was trying to be too smart, one more fix
