Soft delete behaviour #20

Moving soft delete to a behaviour instead of being throughout the code. Install plugin from https://github.com/CakeDC/utils Make sure this plugin won't interfere with location restrictions for beforeFind Alternatively add location restriction to this utils plugin

Implemented for units. Remaining: locations, phones

Currently there is an inconsistency as units uses the plug-in soft delete behaviour and phones and locations have this hardcoded but it is working on both sides
