Email resume as an attachement #153

Is there any way Job Manager can email the uploaded resume as an attachment
instead of providing a link to the uploads folder? This would be a huge
help especially because of the candidate sourcing software we use imports
resumes from emails...

I'm planning on adding HTML emails in 0.8, so having attachments to them is a 
good
addition then, too.

It will be better if resume is attached as pdf file.
