application not received by e-mail #394

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I. fill in an application.
2. the application is visible in de applications list but I don't receive the 
application by mail.
3. I do receive other e-mail from Wordpress including the mails send by the 
plug-in through 'Share application' on the application detail page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No e-mail

What version of Job Manager are you using?
0.7.18

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.2.1

Additional problem: when I fill in another mailadress in de application it will 
not be saved, so it's not possible to use alternative e-mailadresses.
