What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
My client would like the ability to Employer Login AND applicant login so the 
designation of the 2 seperate groups/ access for the 2.

What version of Job Manager are you using?
latest version. just downloaded yesterday.

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.4
