Conflict with Nextgen gallery #500

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Installing both the latest version of Nextgen gallery
2.Installing Job Manager
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An error message "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted 
(tried to allocate 30720 bytes) in 
/home/bribieis/public_html/cc/wp-admin/includes/update.php on line 273"

What version of Job Manager are you using?
latest version as of 29.11.12

What version of WordPress are you using?
Latest version as of 29.11.12
