What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. From applications screen, I cannot delete/download CSV of apps.
2. From a filter by name, I can delete/download CSV of apps.
3.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of Job Manager are you using? 0.7.20
What version of WordPress are you using? 3.5
