Acces limitation by user role editor #518

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a user that onlu can edit this plugin feautures
2. no options to select in user role manager

Option to allow a user to edit an create jobs

What version of Job Manager are you using? v.0.7.20

What version of WordPress are you using? WordPress 3.4.2

Really don't want my client who manages the site to have to have admin access 
to manage this. The editor role gets denied access notification currently.
