Feature Request: Staffing Directory

Ability to create an employee directory from this plugin.

This directory would also set role based permissions for wordpress. Each role 
that gets created would be tied to a job title each job title would be tied to 
a department. Permissions allowed for each job title would be set by the 
department and should allow over riding by the site admin or specific level of 
job title in the company. 

Each department should be able to set a head count for each position while 
being able to also create the application for the position. This would have 
triggers added so that once the head counts get under the max it would add the 
position to the job opening list.

Once an applicant was hired into a position their profile information would be 
added to the employee directory under the specific department.

It would also be nice to allow a profile page for each employee while allowing 
us to add our own custom profile fields that can be displayed either on their 
own profile page or the directory. Better yet tie into buddypress some how if 
it is enabled.
